- Promotes tolerance, fairness, and an environment which supports diversity in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
- Provides speakers, educational programs and other outreach efforts to advance an understanding of diversity.
- Functions as a clearinghouse for information relating to diversity and services in the Oshkosh community and sources of assistance with regard to discrimination.
- Is comprised of volunteers offering their skills and expertise to assist those in need.
