Migrant Opportunity Services (UMOS) provides programs and services which improve the employment, education,
health, and housing opportunities of under-served populations. UMOS operates
programs to assist low-income individuals and families as they gain economic
self-sufficiency.

Promotes tolerance, fairness, and an environment which supports diversity

Provides speakers, educational programs and other outreach efforts
to advance an understanding of diversity.
Functions as a clearinghouse for information relating to diversity
and services in the Oshkosh community and sources of assistance with
regard to discrimination.
Is comprised of volunteers offering their skills and expertise to assist those in need.
